The secret to navigating these uncertain times is to have clearly defined strategies in place and to ensure alignment amongst key stakeholders. Increasing revenue isn’t a strategy—it is an outcome or by-product of well-executed strategies. Undoubtedly, shifting tactics will be needed, as will testing (and retesting when needed). Courage, patience, communication, and perseverance will be required when operating in an ambiguous environment.
